What Neighbors Say

Real reviews. Real neighbors.

Loera's Landscaping did a beautiful job for me today. Cleaning up flower beds, trimming shrubs, putting in bedding plants, spreading mulch, and making some repairs to my stockade fence gate. They left everything clean and neat. I highly recommend them.

Omar and his crew did fantastic job on my yard by cleaning the flower beds area, laying mulch and covered major portion of missing grass area by St. Augustine sod. Very prompt and responsive. I highly recommend them.

I'm thrilled with the service I received from Omar and his team at Loera's! They did an excellent job laying new sod at my home, and the quality of the grass they provided was top-notch — fresh, green, and not dried out. The communication throughout the process was seamless, and the prices were affordable. Omar's attention to detail and willingness to listen to my ideas made the entire experience stress-free.

Three Steps.
No Runaround.

The same simple process for 15 years, whether it's one pallet of sod or a whole backyard.

01
Step 01

We Walk Your Yard

Omar comes out, measures, and listens to what you're picturing. It's free, and you're not obligated to book anything.

02
Step 02

You Get An Honest Number

A clear price for exactly what we'll do. No padding, no surprise add-ons halfway through the job.

03
Step 03

Can You Lay Sod Over Existing Grass?

No. New sod has to sit directly on bare, prepared soil to root, and a layer of old grass underneath blocks that contact, traps moisture that breeds fungus, and lets buried Bermuda grow up through the new lawn. In North Texas the right approach is removing the old turf, grading the clay soil, and laying sod on clean bare dirt. The only time removal can be skipped is when the ground is already bare.

What's the Best Grass for a Coppell Yard?

For most Coppell yards, Bermuda is the best grass for full-sun lots, Palisades Zoysia for partial shade, and St. Augustine under the mature canopy in older sections like Old Coppell. Coppell's established, twenty-year-old yards and tighter HOA standards shape the right choice as much as the grass itself. Here is the local rundown.

What Does Landscaping Cost in the Park Cities?

Landscaping in Highland Park and University Park follows the same honest DFW ranges we publish for the whole metro: weekly lawn care runs about $45 to $140 per visit depending on lot size, new sod runs roughly $1,200 for a small front yard up to $14,000 or more for a large estate reset, and paver patios run about $18 to $28 per square foot installed. Park Cities lots tend to land toward the higher end of each range because the mature live oaks, larger estate footprints, and the towns' tree-protection rules add real scope, not because we charge a neighborhood premium. The only way to get an exact number is a free on-site visit, and Omar walks every Park Cities property himself.
