Landscape Design FAQ.

How long does a landscape project take?

Most residential projects take 1–3 weeks on site once design is finalized. Consultation to install is typically 3–6 weeks depending on scope and material availability.

Do you do design-only, or only install?

Both. We can deliver a design package you take elsewhere to install, or we design + install as one coordinated project. Most clients do the combined option.

What if I don't know what I want yet?

That's what the free consultation is for. We walk the yard, ask about how you want to use it, look at your inspiration, and come back with ideas. Nothing is decided day one.

What's included in the free consultation?

On-site walkthrough, photos, measurements, a conversation about your goals and budget, and within one week a written proposal with pricing, plant lists, and a project timeline.

Do you offer financing?

We partner with a financing provider for projects over $5,000 with monthly payment options. Ask during your consultation — we can walk you through the terms.

Will the finished yard actually match what we agreed on?

The proposal you approve is the scope we build: plants, materials, and layout in writing, with pricing. If something has to change mid-project (a material is out of stock, we hit a surprise under the soil), we talk it through with you before we do it, not after.

Who do I contact if something isn't right after the project?

The same number you called to start it. We're family-owned, so there's no support queue to get lost in: the people who quoted and built your yard are the ones who answer for it. Text or call and we'll make a plan.
