Why Frisco Homeowners Pick Us

Fence Installation, Done Right.

Posts Set for Clay

North Texas clay heaves fences that are set shallow. We dig deep, set every post in concrete, and brace corners and gates so your fence stays straight through wet winters and 100-degree summers.

Wood, Chain Link, or Vinyl

Cedar and treated-pine privacy fences, galvanized and vinyl-coated chain link, and low-maintenance vinyl. We help you pick what fits the yard, the budget, and the HOA, then build it clean.

Old Fence Hauled Away

We pull and haul the old fence, set the new line, and leave the yard clean. No pile of rotten pickets left for you to deal with.

Fence Installation in Frisco

Frisco's growing fast and a lot of crews show up, do one job, and disappear. We're based in Carrollton, family-owned since 2010, and we've been running routes in Frisco the entire time.

New construction sod, done right.

A lot of Frisco yards are new builds with compacted clay and a thin sod layer the builder dropped in. We grade, amend where it needs it, and lay fresh sod that actually roots. We've fixed a lot of builder-installed lawns.

Master-planned neighborhoods.

Stonebriar, Newman Village, Phillips Creek Ranch — every one has different landscape standards. Omar walks the property and tailors the quote to the neighborhood.

In-house Loera crews.

Omar walks the property to estimate, then the Loera team does the work. Family business, not a franchise.

Questions Frisco Homeowners Ask

Fence Installation FAQ.

What kind of fences do you install?

Cedar and treated-pine wood privacy fences (including board-on-board), galvanized and vinyl-coated chain link, and low-maintenance vinyl privacy and picket. We handle new installs and full replacements.

How deep do you set fence posts in North Texas?

Deep enough to beat the clay. North Texas soil expands and contracts hard with moisture, so shallow-set posts lean and lift. We set posts in concrete at proper depth and brace the corners and gates, which is what keeps a fence straight for years.

How is a fence priced?

By the linear foot, based on material, height, and how much tear-out and grading the line needs. We measure on-site and give you a fixed quote. Gates, corners, and slope are all factored in up front so there are no surprises.

Do you remove the old fence?

Yes. Tear-out and haul-away of the old fence is part of the job. We pull the old posts, haul everything off, and leave the yard clean.

Wood, chain link, or vinyl, which should I pick?

Cedar gives you the classic privacy look and the best value; treated pine is the budget option. Vinyl costs more up front but never needs staining and shrugs off Texas weather. Chain link is the most affordable and best for pets and back boundaries. We walk your yard and help you weigh look, budget, and upkeep.

Do you serve all of Frisco?

Yes — from Stonebriar and the older sections by Main Street out to Phillips Creek Ranch, Newman Village, and the new builds north of 380. If you're inside Frisco city limits we cover you.

What grass works best in Frisco?

Bermuda for new-build full-sun lots. Palisades Zoysia for established neighborhoods with partial shade. St. Augustine for heavy-shade pockets.

Watering rules / city ordinances for fence installation in Frisco?

Frisco follows the regional Stage 1 schedule most years — twice a week on assigned days. New sod gets a temporary variance for the first 30 days.
